Sunflowers

Inspired by Sunday's photograph from my blipper pal, Lozarithm, we went to Kellaways to see a field of Sunflowers. They were all I hoped for!

On the way, we stopped in Chippenham, met my sister and walked part way to Lacock along the Wilts and Berks Canal. 

The W&B is being restored and volunteers were rebuilding one of the locks.  With little water traffic, the canal was very peaceful.

When we returned home, Mark turned up for lunch. He gave us an update on his divorce and house sale. 

Hetty adores Mark. She gets very excited whenever she sees him. Happily, he is fond of her in return.
