common blue

A much brighter day today which timed in well for our weekly visit to RHS Hyde Hall for a little stroll! Not as many butterflies about as normal, mainly due to the blustery weather but did spot this common blue, speckled wood, meadow browns, gatekeepers and the good old 5 spotted burnet moth.

My search for a new camera seems to need to be serious priority as my trusty Lumix TZ-60 is showing more error messages on a more regular basis - normally when I'm just about to take the perfect shot! So I need to be decisive and just get a new one picked out - why do they make it so difficult with so many models to choose from?!!  eeny meeny.......
