Dill

Dill is a biennial herb that l like as a cut flower in addition to using it for culinary purposes. I’ve planted it in two places in continuing years so l get some every summer.Thank you Debbi for hosting Tiny Tuesday.

Funny day weatherwise, chanced  washing the bedding and have managed to dry it between heavy showers interspersed with windy, sunny spells.

Sorted out the TV licence today and have started the process of changing the account over to me with BT. Spoke to my solicitor too.

Rebecca and Ruby called in with a nice piece of pie for my dinner tonight.
Rebecca helped me measure for a new fridge freezer and that was quite straightforward, at least l hope it was as it’s integrated and will need fitting.
Could have had it delivered and fitted this Friday but l’ve quite a lot of food to use up so l’ve delayed it until the 10th.
We then tried to measure for a new microwave, also integrated , that proved more challenging and l need to think about how to replace it, certainly going to need some professional help.
Gave Rebecca my old fashioned iron baking scales with the brass weights and pan. Very happy for her to have them, , she enjoys cleaning things like brass...l don’t.
