Maddy

Just to look in with some very sad news.  Maddy , 16 and a half years old, passed peacefully in my arms on Tuesday July 14, 2020 just after midday central time.  After nine years of wonderful companionship, the days are empty of her presence but filled with cherished memories.  How blessed I have been to have shared nine years with her, and what Grace she showed in moving from terror at all humans when she first came home to absolute trust.  What beings of Light, dogs are.  What Grace they teach us.  I will love you always, Maddy.
