Tired

Interviewing all day so I started at 07:00 to get some other stuff done before the first interview. It's always great hearing other professionals sharing their perspective on the work we do so it's not particularly onerous but it's been five hours with the headset on plus another hour or so on other calls. 

I have managed to make a loaf with the new flour but I can't share a photo with you - it's that lovely you'd all be heading here for a slice. When next faced with the interview question about whether I can manage my time I might mention baking bread in amongst a full schedule and the other calls and emails that fill a normal day.
