At Last!

Talyllyn Railway public service resumes from 1st August with all visitors required to pre-book a compartment.  Lots of social distancing measures and sanitising (of the train - not the passengers!) involved and we're all very excited to see the 'Shakedown Trains' running this week as staff and volunteers test the trains and new procedures.  

I was meeting friends for a cuppa and a chat this morning and we picked a good time to meet.   It's been that kind of day as the afternoon has been spent sitting in the sun over cake and chat with our good friend just around the corner while the dogs kept us amused with their antics.

Roll on Friday when we're riding on one of the Society Members only trains which are the final test for arrangements before the big day on Saturday.
