Little Ugly Apartment Block in the Prairie

The developer Charles Ingalls must have slipped a big fat brown envelope under the table to your one from the planning authorities, for this monstrosity to transfer from blueprint to brick and mortar (or perhaps polystyrene and plasterboard in this case...) 

Still, the Clowncil get some things right. Like this mini wild prairie, a stone throw away* from the Mistake Factory. 
Totally reconstructed. Totally brilliant. 

It beats the flowerbed-in-the-wooden-boat and scrofulous lawn dotted with dog poos that used to be there.  

* The distance is verified, I threw several stones at it. And screamed insults.
