Apple Pie

B makes an excellent apple pie, with a perfect shortcrust pastry made from scratch.

Her baking repertoire now consists of Victoria sponge, flapjack and apple pie. They are all really tasty!

I'm glad she likes to bake, since I do not. I did help with the peeling and chopping of apples today though, I am very much her assistant.
