Bird listening!

This little fella caught my son's and my ear before he caught our eye. He was resting near a car park in Newcastle. We waited while he sang the most wonderful tune. And as we stopped so did another man. We'd started a trend!

I've always liked birds and I'm enjoying teaching my son about all the different types. And he takes so much interest. It's like our own local safari. Dogs are another firm favourite to!
