Kilnsey Weather Station

Firstly, a Very Happy Birthday to Sal. 21 again!!

To celebrate, we drove up Wharfedale with the intention of going for a coffee and maybe a piece of cake at The Cafe by the Lake at Kilnsey but it was too busy. We carried on to Kettlewell with the intention of having a pint in The Blue Bell but the National Park car park was full!

Undeterred we went back down the Dale to The Tennants Arms near Kilnsey Crag and sat out in the sunshine. Sal opened her presents like the child that she is and all in all we had a great time. With it being a midweek, I thought the Dales may not be too busy but how wrong I was.
