I have driven past this red sign many times which is on a wall just off the main Ewell Road in Surbition.
The National Transport Trust's Red Wheel heritage plaque scheme highlights the most important sites of transport heritage. The list includes sites such as the Anderton Boat Lift, The Ace Cafe on the North Circular Road, Didcot Railway Centre and the Barnes Wallis birthplace.
