I managed to drag myself out of bed in time for a quick catchup with Ma and Selena before they headed off to work.

I walked over to visit Gerge and Amy (and a brief hello to Justin too), for a walk around mill pond and a socially distanced cuppa in the garden. We fed the ducks and played on the swings and Amy blew bubbles. I can’t believe how much taller she is since I last saw her! It’s been so so nice to see people again.

When Ma finished work I met her in town and we had a coffee and a custard tart in Brown Bag. We even looked in a couple of shops afterwards! Crazy.

Spent the rest of the afternoon lounging in the sun and chatting, then loaded up with all my presents and headed back to Bristol.
