Keep Up!

10k run with K this morning, back to the campsite for a second breakfast and to make up a picnic for our walk. A sunny 12k from Sutton Back, along the Cleveland way to the White Horse and back through the woods up to the top of the hill again. The walk took a lot longer than the run with the kids in tow! We must have spent half the time waiting for them to catch up!

No problem getting them to bed this evening after all that fresh air and exercise!
