Shiny New Toys

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Prince and I bought presents for ourselves today - 2 new shiny road bikes. This means we can go cycling together instead of separately on a bike which is too big for me and too small for him (it was given to us by a friend who no longer uses it).

So I am very excited. I still have moments when I miss running but cycling has grown on me. You can stop for coffee and cake which you can’t do on a run and being able to go out together will make a big difference.

Just to clarify - we chose different bikes. We won’t be heading out in our identical bikes and ‘Team Normal’ cycling tops!
