Making Jam
Today’s the day for making Jam, red currant. I’m always amazed by the amount of sugar used to make jam. It looks and smells great. Made 6 jars from this.
Will give some jam to my neighbour who gave me the red currants and will take some to my friends that I’m visiting at the weekend.
