Featuring a couple of ‘Dereks’ as my family call them (green shield beetles to most other people).

Heavy, tricky stuff today but all good. Attended a good webinar by the Body Dysmorphic Association (BDD) which was specifically about supporting children and teenagers. It was useful and although I spent an hour attending I kept pausing the video and making notes, about 2 hours of quality CPD in a topic I rarely encounter but it’s possible, with a reported rise in self- harm among teenagers during lockdown, that BDD and maybe OCD could also sadly become more visible in the next few months.
