The Matriarch

H has three pygmy goats and this one is the boss!  She was part of the welcoming committee as I brought H home from hospital. Today she was sporting a rather long piece of grass, which the two kids - not hers -  kept trying to play with!  Her horns are longer than theirs, so they know not to push their luck!

Lovely to see H back in her own home.  Amazingly Marmalade the cat, whom I haven't seen for days, was already there, waiting for her!
