THE GUERILLA TOMATO...

...is proliferating like mad up rue Potagère & down rue du Moulin. Admire the optimism but not holding breath.

Used to live on a houseboat next to a lock on the Soar cut  near Loughborough as an art student & just across the road was a sewage farm. Luckily there was no stink, but tomato seeds survived the process & thrived on the broth.

For three years we made our students spag bol sauces with free tomatoes!
