Nobody's Fool

TM picked the gooseberries today. I was going to leave them for the birds as I'm not very keen on them, in any shape or form. And especially not gooseberry fool.

He says he's going to make compote with them. He's found a recipe for victoria sponge filled with gooseberry compote and whipped cream. Sounds mighty like cake stuffed with gooseberry fool to me .... 

It has rained all day here. I've been stuffing my sheep, just have to sew the arms and legs on (yes, it has arms). 

Tomorrow we are off to the city.
