Cocktail

Last night we decided to go to the Chinese for dinner.  The owner had previously mentioned that he was working on a cocktail, it was ready so I tried one.  It is Malibu based, with pineapple, he even created pineapple ice cubes.  The most fascinating thing about was the fact that it changes colour when it is stirred.  It tasted great.  I have added an extra to show you the change of colour.  The food once again was perfect aswell.  Hubby drank beer.
