Slow demolition

This building, an apartment block built in the late '60s was condemned last year and all tenants evicted. After undergoing asbestos removal, it is now being taken down, one floor at a time,.... a painfully slow process. Meanwhile, across the street another apartment block is rapidly "going up".. a strange counterweight to this.
