New Staff Member

The only picture I had time to take yesterday - and taken to tweet about my new member of staff.meet Gerard, my new Head of Legal. It's a new post, and part of the design I have to save money by bringing work in house. Gerard has done this job elsewhere, so I can largely leave him to get on with it.
