A day at the beach

The weatherman tells us it will be 34° in London and the southeast today, it is 6:30 in the morning and 19° already down here on the coast where we have escaped to.
Large swathes up north have gone into a form of lockdown where the incidence of C19 has been beginning to rise again, dear god will this never end?
