2020 Thursday — Garden Dining
We decided on a late morning walk to the beach. We left the house and walked to the 1st Street stairs and down to the shore and then north to the pier and up to the street and north over the bridge on Ocean Ave and back down to the shore.
We went as far as the tide pools and then back to the pier and then decided to stop to enjoy an early lunch. We decided that the garden patio at Lunada Garden Bistro sounded best. And it was wonderful and delicious.
Then we walked on home, got the pups out of their crates, fed them, and then took our shower and got ready to head to the farmers market that meets in Spencer’s Market parking lot. We missed going to the farmers market on Monday because I was so sick.
Then we drove to the big Achievement House Thrift Store behind Cuesta Community College. We spent an hour there and Mr. Fun & I both found treasures. Thrift store shopping is so much fun.
Then it was time to walk the pups, so we drove to Bayside Bluffs Park. It’s beautiful, not many people, and a great place to walk.
Then we drove toward home with a stop to get the ingredients to make a plum salad for dinner to go with our minestrone soup.
We packed this day full and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
