That sums up the reaction this wee guy invokes in just about everyone he meets. This is visiting next door and their whanau were also visiting, and the immediate and irrepressible reaction to the wee guy was as already stated.

Makes you wonder how he might have come to be lost in the first place and how after 5 days no one has called the shelter looking for him. I'm going to jump to conclusions, make assumptions and all that and say he's going to find a better home.

And further to that, little Ruggy has the most amazing colours in his coat. He's been outclassed in this instance.
