Do it yourself, well nearly.
We have been meaning to make Marmalade for quite a while, today we did it, well we opened a tin and poured lots of sugar in and boiled it all for 20 minutes, In jars now, and waiting to see if it sets OK. If not it will need another 5 minutes boiling, or eat runny Marmalade!
