Beware of the Agapanthus

Someone had that on a sign on their gate in the street where I lived as a child. Having practical parents they soon explained the joke.

Sunday is gardening day! Yay! A whole day set aside for deadheading the aggies, mowing the lawns, clipping the hedges and generally making a start in getting my wilderness into some sort of civilised shape.
