Heatwave Day

Today's the day the temperature is set to climb. Thank goodness we don't have the mid 30s of the south. Mid 20s does me nicely for heat. It's a really lovely day.

I went out for a good walk early this morning. It was already warm and at that point slightly humid. Now that's all gone and we can enjoy blue skies and sunshine.

The merest breeze was blowing the thistledown away. Thanks Miranda1008 for hosting the wildflower challenge.
