New light

No 1 son arrived unexpectedly very early, having left Herts at about 0500 this morning.  He is in good form despite a very bad back.  Fortunately I have an appointment booked with my Osteo for Tuesday so he is going to snaffle that.  Needs must.  

He has spent a good part of this morning lying on the floor trying to rest it.  
And, we have a wonderful smell of 'deep heat' wafting around the apartment.

I will need to revise my list of walks I had planned with him.

His appetite seems unaffected, fortunately.
