Furry trousers

Zippy's answer to the heat - stick your head under a clump of grass. 
Didn't work for me.
Cancelled going for a walk as I get heat stroke very easily. Cut the hedge and did the ironing instead!
Supper on the go and then hopefully a good night's sleep before working til Tuesday pm.
