From Croix de Javernne

Very hot here at the moment so another early start for a walk with a friend. We made our way up to the Croix de Javernne (main photo shows the view just below the summit, looking across to Leysin and along the Rhône valley). We then went along the ridge to the Cabane de la Tourche for coffee and a tart (see extra). As you can see by the crosses on the tables, there is social distancing at the hut.
