A very hot day

I needed more sleep this morning but up I got for a series of meetings lasting from 8.30 - 1.30 pm - my back was stiff but straight onto the hanging bars to stretch out

Tired easily today but finished on a high - always stimulating to meet new characters this one was from Silicon Valley full of energy and ideas - the challenge is to bring the ideas from the paper to fruition
