Live lobster!

Following on from my blip yesterday here is my next ingredient for our risotto! Lobster!! Rather an expensive purchase but hoping it is worth it!

My son thought it was fascinating, although wasn't keen on the idea that we were going to cook them! But I do think it is important that children learn where food comes from!

Once he came round to the idea he did find the cooking interesting, especially as it went pink!

Can't wait for the risotto now!
