A rainy day... again

Today I was able to use the car to work and by the looks of today's weather, that's not a too bad idea :)
I shot this photo while waiting for the bridge and this guy was putting on his rain-suit while waiting. I think it was a bit too little to late as he must have been soaking at this moment.
