Had words with a taxi driver today who was an hour late in picking up the lady I was supporting, he had the audacity to lie to my face saying he'd been to the shop and it was closed. Needless to say an official complaint will be going in on Monday, Rocket Ronnie will be laughing on the other side of his face then.
