Matzo Ball Soup
Matzo ball soup, and tomatoes with olive oil and radish shoots.
The chicken in the soup was leftover from this week’s roast. We are following up dinner with a nice champagne (Lallier R.014 Brut) to celebrate the moving out of our awful next door neighbors.
