Oh right... I think I get it now!

Walking down a footpath that we haven't used before, (which by the state of it is obviously a 'trouble spot' for dog fouling), we came across this conveniently placed poo bag dispenser. The local authority here is very generous with poo bags and you can go to the town hall and pick up your own free supply. As you can see, their lamp post dispensers kindly provide instructions in the art of 'scooping poop'! It did make me laugh...
So my blip for today... the 'three steps' of picking up dog poo! Very enlightening - I'm glad that's finally cleared up! :-)
