Last chance outing

Having been sprung from self-isolation with a negative Covid-19 test result, just recovered from a Winter cold and facing the prospect of full time mask wearing from tomorrow, followed by a school shut down from Wed for the rest of the term - we did what had to be done - we went out for a curry.

Truly, who knows when we will be able to dine like this again in the near future.

Our fantastic Premier said we had to tighten up the rules or risk 6 months of not getting the virus under control.

So we are doing the right thing. I have two masks, neither are fantastic, but they will get me through a week or so.

It was weird having a table for 3, we are all missing Mr E who is snugly isolated in Melbourne, with only his PC for company. This is his idea of a dream come true, in some ways- forced to stay in with his world inside a computer.
