Painful -But Still Enjoyed It

Wednesday and the opportunity for a round of golf.
Each time Joshua arrives on leave we try to play at least once, we usually opt for a different course each time and today it was Truro Golf Club.
Arrived, got a buggy, and off we went, it is as well we got the buggy, the second photograph shows my heels after eighteen holes. I had worn the golf shoes countless times before and never had a blister!
Home for a shower and change into flip-flops and we headed off for a beer. I was a little uneasy, the town is packed with people, crammed together on the streets and open spaces but life goes on.
