Can only think that someone must gave locked their bike on this railing on the Innocent Railway path, and then someone (else?) came along and cut the metal to 'liberate' it. Doesn't explain why you'd leave you bike in such a quiet location in the middle of nowhere...

Lovely family walk, followed later in the day by a second one, allotment trip to pick fruit and a party! Hope the rest of this staycation week is as good.
