Catching her breath!

Lottie and I had a good walk, but it was a bit hot for her.

In the afternoon Mike and I had a wander along the beach with her, looking for bits of pottery and interesting stones.

Mike had been working on the mooring so was in his chest waders, I had my shorts rolled up so I could paddle in the deeper water, but Lottie resolutely stayed at the edge, just her toes in!

We had a lovely time, it was like being on holiday! So hot and flat calm. Just a shame I didn't have my phone or camera with me! Came home with every pocket full of finds!
