Running on empty

In more ways than one......

Firstly what a week. Long challenging days at work this week. Highs and lows. But done now. Ready for take away, wine and the killing box set!!

Secondly I got stuck in traffic for an hour on empty today. Made it to a petrol station so my great unanswered question still remains unanswered....just how far will my car run on empty.....?! It did get me out of personal training though!!

As for me time to recharge on the sofa!! Happy Friday!!
