End of a long day

Today was our last day with the kids in Saskatoon. All those of us who were in the area gathered for a picnic lunch, and we each brought our own and distanced and enjoyed each other’s company. It was another good day of hanging out and being together.

And then about 3 o’clock Lauralea and I got in the car for the 6 Hour drive home.

It was a long day and a long drive and this was the sight in the last 10 minutes of our drive. The moon was coming up over the green fields and it was quite spectacular. Our phones certainly didn’t do it justice.

Anyway it’s good to be home, though we miss them already.
