Ben’s plantain dessert

Ben and I had bought some plantain at the markets last week.

Today they were ripe and ready to be used, so he made some very yummy, decadent pancakes for dessert!  Needless to say they were a huge hit.

Earlier in the day, the second bathroom’s heater got replaced. And it’s such a relief to have hot water instantly again, rather than turning the tap on and off to ignite the burner ... nevermind .... it’s just such a relief.
