Monday morning

A very pleasurable way to spend Monday morning.

Mrs. K. and I took a good friend up the Knott to show her where a rather special wild plant grows.
Whilst the two ladies ( I would be in trouble if I called them girls, although they are young at heart) searched for the plants I was able to sit on a bench and enjoy this view of Morecambe Bay. I love the subtle colours in the sands and the water.

And, yes, on the horizon that is seaside resort of Morecambe. Always thought of as a little up market compared to Blackpool which is a few miles to the South.
