Morning Walk

After I had dropped the kids off at school this morning, I headed into Bushy Park for a power walk. Fab conditions... initially cold and misty, but then the sun broke through the clouds and by the time I got home it was a beautiful sunny day. I did my route 4 minutes quicker than usual and it wasn't just my watch that told me this, as my legs were really aching.

Quick change then I went and met friends for coffee at the lovely new bakery I blipped last Friday. A great way to spend a morning and begin the weekend!
