Stretch Those Achilles Tendons

More Tidal dance rehearsals.  They are a stoical lot - at times it was raining and the midges were well and truly present.  Loving J's furry boots.  A really enjoyable hour or so.  And before this M and I went to have lunch at Glengorm cafe.  Our first time eating out since lockdown - delicious, and the people working there are so lovely.
