Seed heads

A busy Monday. Joe Wicks first up. No that he’s finished the daily sessions we’re working our way through all 78 HIIT sessions from the beginning. Today was Thursday 26th March.

Before lunch we squeezed in a local walk stopping to pick damsons, chat, call in at the pharmacy and visit the supermarket. After lunch a session tidying up at the allotment. Susan’s at her mum’s getting her dinner and having a cup of tea. I’m done the same here.

Looking forward to a quieter evening and to tomorrow’s bike ride, around the Viking Way all being well.
