Furry Friend

This chap was basking in the sun at Whipsnade this afternoon. He was sufficiently far from the wire fence to enable a focus on him to completely mask out the pattern from the fence. Later he came down from his perch and prowled around the perimeter. He fits the brief for 'fur'!

There do not seem to be as many animals as I recall from the past. Flamingos are just about in double figures and the butterflies distinctly sparse - almost hard to find. Still, times are tricky for these establishments with income considerably reduced. I might, though, time another visit for when children are back at school!
