X-box here I come!

Today Rafi;
- had his Trachy downsized and uncuffed ( I watched!) The ENT nurse said all being well he might be rid of his tracheostomy by the end of next week (I'm cautiously optimistic)
- nodded!
- tried to operate the buttons on his x-box controller!
